Our family is made up of dreamers who like to deviate from the norm. We have chose a path that's not simple, to live a life that brings us back to the essence, due to our belief that what we believe in comes first. We would like to create experiences for our guests that are made of small emotions, simple things, but done well. In our opinion, happiness is made by small things.

I am a person who always been involved in catering, in all its facets. Today, I decide to support my wife during this madness whit my competence and professionalism, so that nothing is left to chance.

I have always been a nurse, by choice. I have worked a lot in psychiatry, where I have always had the desire, in my own small way, to make a difference in people's lives. Now I want to create a small world where my family can live well and where well-being is truly within reach for everyone.
